Abstract

Abstract: 

Transparent conductive oxides are currently very used as electrodes in various optoelectronic devices due to their multiple advantages. These oxides, as hetero-structures based on metal-oxide bilayers, receive a great deal of interest for their attractiveness and their potential applications particularly in solar cells, Schottky diodes, smart glasses, photocatalysis, Raman scattering and the surface plasmon resonance of nobles metals. Moreover, the optimization of meta-oxide bilayer structures is an important step to the development of multilayer oxide structures deposited on flexible substrates for modern microelectronics. Furthermore, understanding the growth modes and mechanisms of metal-oxide structures via simulation methods is an essential step for their optimization. In this context, the present research work deals with both fundamental and applied aspects of these hetero-structures deposited on different substrates for a better understanding and an optimization of their properties.

تُستخدم، حاليًا، الأكاسيد نصف الناقلة الشفافة على نطاق واسع كتلامسات كهربائية في مختلف المركبات الكهروضوئية بفضل مزاياها المتعددة. تثيرهذه الأكاسيد ، المكونة من بنيات غير متجانسة تعتمد على طبقات ثنائية أكسيد- معادن ، اهتمامًا كبيرًا بجاذبيتها وتطبيقاتها المحتملة خاصة في الخلايا الشمسية ، وثنائيات شوتكي ، والزجاج الذكي ، والتحفيز الضوئي ، وتشتت رامان والتحكم في رنين البلازمون السطحي للمعادن النبيلة . علاوة على ذلك ، فإن تحسين البنيات ثنائية الطبقة المكونة من أكسيد-معدن تعتبر خطوة أساسية لتطوير الأكاسيد في البنيات المتعددة الطبقات والمرسبة فوق مساند مرنة في الإلكترونيات الضوئية الحديثة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، فإن فهم أنماط وآليات النمو للبنيات أكسيد-معدن من خلال طرق المحاكاة تُعتبرخطوة أساسية لتحسينها. يندرج، في هذا السياق، هذا العمل البحثي بجانبيه الأساسي والتطبيقي لهذه البنيات الغير متجانسة المرسبة على مساند مختلفة من أجل فهم أفضل لخصائصها وتحسينها.

Actuellement, les oxydes conducteurs transparents sont très utilisés en tant qu'électrodes dans divers composants optoélectroniques grâce à leurs multiples avantages. Ces oxydes, formant des hétéro-structures à base de films bicouches métal-oxyde suscitent un grand intérêt pour leur attractivité et leurs potentielles applications particulièrement en cellules solaires, les diodes Schottky, le vitrage intelligent, la photocatalyse, la diffusion Raman et le contrôle de la résonance de plasmon de surface de métaux nobles. Par ailleurs, l’optimisation des structures bicouches métal-oxyde est une étape préalable au développement des oxydes en structures multicouches sur substrat flexible pour l’optoélectronique moderne. De plus, la compréhension des modes et mécanismes de croissance des structures métal-oxyde par des méthodes de simulations est une étape essentielle pour leurs optimisations. Dans ce contexte, le travail de recherche dans cette thèse traite les aspects aussi bien fondamentaux qu'appliqués de ces hétéro-structures déposées sur divers substrats en vue d'une meilleure compréhension et d'une optimisation de leurs propriétés.
